Learn the German language accurately, based on a firm foundation; aimed at beginners, advanced students and courses providing qualifications and/or via individual options for more intense learning.
Individual methods and forms of teaching
Would you like to learn German? With my courses, you will learn the basics, with the common expressions and most vital vocabulary for day to day working life in the German language. A test will enable us to judge which GER level will suit you best when you first start or continue your progress.
I also offer courses that will prepare you in the best way possible for a qualification examination. Internal tests can help you see where you stand and where you might still make some improvements.
The German courses for Beginners are organised on a step by step basis. You’ll learn the basic elements of German grammar, while a basic vocabulary of about 2000 words will enable you to make yourself understood in simple everyday situations. At GER levels
you will learn to listen and understand and to communicate in writing, as well as correct conversation and grammar.
Do you already have some knowledge of German, which you would like to refresh or optimise? You could work through the four different ability levels or start directly at any specific level, depending on your current language skills. GER levels
offer course content that covers grammar, reading, writing, listening and understanding
Prove your knowledge of German with a certified language qualification! I would be happy to prepare you for the language qualifications listed below. The GER* level and its associated examinations are graded as follows:
* = Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
Do you need an intensive course to fit within the framework of private or group classes? I offer German language courses where you tell me where you want to be and what you aim to achieve. I will then put together an individually-prepared intensive course for you on the basis of this information.
Our conversation courses are aimed at students who already have some basic knowledge. Interesting topics and situation-specific lessons are a good way to put what you have learned into practice.
